Overview
We wish to appoint a Quality (Assurance) Manager to support the expanding BENELUX business unit. The role provides a great opportunity for career development and to gain management experience.
The successful person will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of PM Group's Quality Management System (QMS). Ensuring the highest standards of quality across all of our BENELUX business units and sites driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Operation Manager, the successful applicant will identify and embed improvements in our service delivery platforms and work practices.

- Promote consistent quality assurance practices and drive the adoption of critical company procedures across the BENELUX
- Perform internal audits (BENELUX business units and sites) and drive the resolution and close out of corrective actions
- Facilitate audits by external parties, i.e. ISO certification bodies, Customer, etc.
- Conduct training (QMS inductions, core QMS document awareness training, etc.)
- Provide advice and assistance to management and employees on compliance / QMS related queries
- Manage and lead the Quality and Document Control teams
- Ensure adequate focus is put on the planning and initiation phase of new projects
- Liaise regularly with the Operation Manager, Engineering Manager and Head of Projects to drive improvement initiatives
- Facilitate the capture and transfer of lessons on projects
- Support the customer feedback process, including analysis of results and identification of process improvements
- Assist with the development of localised procedures where required, ensuring consistency and compliance to PM Group's QMS
- Provide input for proposals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Group improvement programs (including Digital Project Delivery procedures)
- Provide timely feedback for monthly reports / Quality metrics / management meetings
Qualifications - Preferably Bachelor Degree or equivalent in an engineering, architecture or related discipline
- Proven experience working in a Quality Management role is essential
- Experience working in the engineering consultancy sector is desirable

- Advanced in digital tools – e.g Microsoft, Sharepoint etc.
- Flexibility to travel as and when required to meet demands of the role
- Good knowledge of English, French and Dutch
